Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our team at Eticas, a global leader in Responsible and Fair AI. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in promoting and selling AI audit services to clients across various industries.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in managing client inquiries and providing information about our AI audit services.
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings with potential and existing clients.
  • Supporting the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Tracking sales leads and maintaining an organized database of prospects.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up with clients and prospects.
  • Communicating client feedback and requirements to the sales and technical teams.
  • Maintaining and updating sales records, reports, and documents to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Completed or in-progress degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; self-motivated and disciplined.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong alignment with the organization's mission and values, demonstrating a commitment to our goals and vision.
