**Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
Job DescriptionAs a Global Business Growth Strategist at Ecolab, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion across various markets. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic plans to capture these opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute these plans.
You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement targeted sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in sales process and business experience on mid-to-large-sized projects will be essential in identifying and pursuing high-potential opportunities.
In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and developing solutions that meet those needs. Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders will be critical in achieving business objectives.
You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a positive impact on our customers and the environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in water processing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales-driven roles with a focus on business growth and development.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and business strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
