Job Title: Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Coach4Expats. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing state-of-the-art connectivity and cybersecurity solutions for our global customers in critical industries such as banking and energy.

About the Role:

As a Sales Engineer, you will work closely with our internal sales team to design and plan SD-WAN, LAN, and cybersecurity solutions. You will conduct technical analysis, present solutions and recommendations to prospective customers, negotiate deals with suppliers, and create high-quality documentation to ensure a smooth project handover.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and plan state-of-the-art connectivity and cybersecurity solutions for global customers
  • Conduct technical analysis and present solutions and recommendations to prospective customers
  • Negotiate deals with suppliers and build financial models to support sales team with price negotiations
  • Create high-quality documentation to ensure smooth project handover
  • Manage relationships and negotiate long-term contracts with satellite and terrestrial connectivity operators
Requirements:
  • University degree in telecommunications, IT, or related field
  • Several years of professional experience designing and implementing SD-WAN, LAN, and cybersecurity solutions
  • Profound knowledge working with CISCO and FORTINET technology
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality
  • Native French speaker and very good English language skills (spoken and written)
