About the Role

Kiteris is a dynamic and innovative company that specializes in providing IT project management and business process analysis services. We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Business Process Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of business process consultants in analyzing and optimizing business processes in the industrial sector.
  • Model and optimize manufacturing, logistics, and distribution processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to gather user requirements and design functional processes.
  • Work closely with project managers and other teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Senior Engineer or similar degree.
  • MBA or EMBA preferred.
  • EU Work Permit.
  • Residence in the province of Barcelona, Spain.
  • Spanish as native language.
  • High level of English (C1 minimum).
  • Catalan desirable.
  • More than 10 years of experience in business process analysis and optimization in the industrial sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in project management and process modeling tools.
  • Business intelligence systems experience.
  • Ability to interpret financial statements and forecasts.
  • Methodical and rigorous approach.
