Insurance Claims Coordinator

We're seeking an entry-level Insurance Verification Representative to join our Insurance Billing team. This role primarily involves contacting insurance companies via phone to obtain essential benefits information for our Users.

• Work closely with our Insurance Billing team and customer support team.
• Contact insurance companies exclusively through phone calls to verify patient insurance coverage and benefits.
• Collect and accurately record information related to insurance coverage, co-pays, and deductibles.
• Update patient accounts with verified insurance information to ensure proper billing and processing of their order.
• Communicate with insurance agents and validate if the patient's needed service can be serviced or not.

• You are curious, authentic, and a critical thinker with attention to detail.
• You're passionate about client satisfaction and have excellent communication skills.
• You're available to work daytime hours in either PST or EST, Monday to Friday.
• You have basic computer skills and data entry proficiency, as well as prior experience in phone-based communication (at least 1-2 years).
