Salary
We offer a competitive salary package of €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-related bonuses.
Job Description
Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients across the territory, ensuring their sales and promotion goals are met.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide expert product knowledge and support to clients.
Business Intelligence
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales or account management, preferably in the stone industry.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
