Your passion for the travel and tourism industry can make a real impact at Blu Selection. As a Customer Service Representative for International Hotels in Lisbon, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solving issues during the booking process
  • Giving instructions and taking an active role in finding the right booking
  • Following up during the vacation, providing good solutions including refunds
  • Being responsible for the current and expanding the clients' network
  • Managing good and qualified lead generation
  • Providing excellent customer or client support

For this role, we are looking for someone with EU citizenship or a valid residency card, fluent levels in French and English, and a passion for travel. If you are a motivated and committed individual with excellent communication and listening skills, we encourage you to apply.

  • Full-time (40h/week) on rotating shifts Mon-Sun 7AM-7PM
  • Salary conditions: 1040€ gross/month including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included) or 1240€ gross/month excluding accommodation

  • Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
