Are you a native Dutch speaker with a passion for business development and lead generation? Do you have experience in executing effective prospecting efforts and generating leads? We are looking for a talented Demand Generation Specialist to join our team at Talent Search People - Native Speakers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute effective prospecting efforts to maximize coverage of defined accounts through outbound and inbound activities.
- Generate, qualify, nurture, and handover leads and opportunities.
- Regularly review the lead pipeline and progression; proactively give qualitative feedback on campaigns.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of business experience, preferably in B2B relationships.
- Experience in the management and execution of outbound/inbound activities.
- Proven sales drive.
- Good IT knowledge and understanding of business software, preferably SAP solutions.
- Understanding of business challenges facing a defined industry and line of business context.
- Strong facility with teamwork and an ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English (Level C2) and Dutch (Level C2).
