At Motork, we are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our WebSpark Product team based in Madrid. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interface of our SaaS product by being fully embedded into one of our cross-functional teams, reporting directly to the Head of Product.
The Product Designer will collaborate with a cross-functional team from idea to execution, developing engaging, user-friendly designs for mobile web and desktop. They will utilise user research insights and usability studies to shape the product experience and iterate solutions, producing high-quality assets and specifications using our design system. Additionally, they will contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our design system and participate in strategic decision-making with the product team.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have previous experience in product design within a cross-functional team, working with SaaS products and product development lifecycles. They should have experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum, fluency with Figma, and a firm understanding of design systems. It would be an advantage to have confidence with user testing and research techniques, highly proactive and self-organising, and excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
