- Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze industry trends and behaviors to develop strategic insights
- Design and implement predictive models to forecast market patterns
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives and provide data-driven solutions
- Develop data models and pipelines to support analytical and machine learning initiatives
- Leverage domain knowledge to produce actionable insights and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain best practices in data science and machine learning, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance
Minimum Requirements:
- 6-8+ years of hands-on experience in data science, with a focus on Retail and Consumer Goods
- Proficient in Python (pipeline creation, pytest, data manipulation with Pandas), R, SQL
- Domain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Retail and Consumer Goods industries, familiarity with industry-specific datasets, trends, and KPIs
- Excellent communication skills to present data insights to various audiences
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- CI / CD Practices: Experience with continuous integration and deployment is a plus
