As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for sourcing and shortlisting candidates, conducting initial interviews, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and shortlisting candidates with the required skills and experience
- Conducting initial interviews and assessing candidate suitability
- Managing the recruitment process, including coordinating with clients and candidates
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive candidate experience
Requirements:
- Fluency in Czech and English
- Valid European Union passport
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
