We are seeking a highly skilled Collections Specialist with expertise in debt recovery to join our client, a global leading company in the industrial sector, based in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities- To be responsible for collecting outstanding debts and resolving customer queries
- To utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to persuade customers to settle outstanding debts
- To maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and update relevant systems accordingly
- At least 2-3 years of experience in collections or a related field
- C1 level of English proficiency
- Experience with Excel and at least one ERP system
- Effective business writing and professional communication skills
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Detail oriented, organized, and proactive approach
- Highly collaborative team player
The ideal candidate will be willing to work flexible hours, specifically from 17:00 to 02:00 or from 14:00 to 23:00, to support the USA market.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this position is around €45,000 per annum, taking into account the location and industry standards.
