About the Role:
As a Luxury Sales Representative with Merlin Digital Partner, you will be responsible for generating new business sales in the luxury sector. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed your sales quota by selling Fractional Shares, Leases, and Jet Card Programmes to key target audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new sales opportunities through customer prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closure, and post-close handoff to an Account Executive and Owner Services.
- Help develop the company's brand through representation of product, programmes, capabilities, and partnerships.
- Establish, build, and expand relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activity with the company's affinity partnerships and personal network.
- R etain and service long-term relationships with Owners in coordination with the Account Executives and Owner Services for that Owner.
- Work with a Sales Consultant and/or independently to develop and maintain accurate prospect and Owner data through diligent use of Salesforce, and other systems.
- Prompt and accurate completion of Sales reports requested by management including sales forecasts and territory business plans.
Requirements:
- You should have fluency in business English and Spanish both written and spoken.
- A Bachelor ́s Degree is required.
- 10 years work-related experience; Minimum 5 years in a Luxury customer-facing role are necessary.
- You must have proven experience of focusing on continuous self-improvement of and adherence to the Sales processes as defined by management.
- An in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory and the full line of the company's products and services as well as those of the competitors is essential.
- High Proficiency in MS Office is also required.
Location: Palma de Mallorca
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
