Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Ambassador to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and promoting our brand loyalty program.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver exceptional reception, concierge, and operator standards of service and operational procedures in all interactions, adhering to Accor and Sofitel standards.
  2. Have a comprehensive working knowledge of all applicable systems, machines, and devices.
  3. Drive brand loyalty by enrolling new members and updating guest profiles, promoting the Accor loyalty program.
  4. Adhere to and promote the Company's Health & Safety policies, ensuring a safe work environment and being knowledgeable about all safety & emergency procedures.
  5. Handle guest queries promptly and effectively, following up as needed within 20 minutes.
  6. Make and/or modify hotel, restaurant, tour, and transportation reservations, entering them into respective computer software.
  7. Maintain, monitor, and ensure all requests are logged and responded to in the computer system, Opera, and common inboxes.
  8. Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities and services, hotel features, hours of operation, and hotel layout, including room types, rates, and descriptions.
  9. Provide information about hotel services, promote internal outlets, and offer accurate knowledge of local area and attractions.
  10. Use vendors specified by Sofitel Washington D.C. Lafayette Square, such as car service, florist, water taxi, city tour, etc.
