Alight, a global leader in digital workplace solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Smartsheet Innovation Specialist to join our Professional Services - Global Project Operations team.

**Job Summary**

We are looking for an expert who can leverage the power of Smartsheet to enhance our business processes and drive innovation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Smartsheet's capabilities and be able to advise business and domain experts on its application.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop solutions using core and premium Smartsheet products to improve business processes.
  • Create and enhance user-friendly project and financial reporting using Smartsheet reports, dashboards, and data apps.
  • Configure new Smartsheet objects such as project management or client reports.
  • Re-engineer business processes to improve automation and efficiency using workflows and integrations.
  • Stay up-to-date with new Smartsheet features and advise on their best use cases.

**Benefits Package**

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement savings, and generous paid time off.
