Job Description:

As a Game Tester, you will be responsible for detecting and reporting linguistic and cultural errors in games for the Mexican Spanish market.

Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest quality standards in game testing, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional results.

You will take ownership of each phase in the project life cycle, successfully completing tasks to the highest standards and maintaining alignment with Localsoft's security and code of conduct.

Additionally, you will demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude, embracing opportunities to learn and improve while supporting your team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow established processes, instructions, and QA checklists
  • Take full ownership of each phase in the project life cycle
  • Successfully complete tasks to the highest standards
  • Be aligned with Localsoft's security and code of conduct
  • Willingness to learn and improve, support other team members and go the extra mile
Requirements:
  • English with full working proficiency
  • Excellent native language skills
  • Capacity to work in a multicultural, dynamic, and deadline-driven work environment
  • Good knowledge of game genres and platforms is a plus
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and positive 'can do' attitude
  • Understanding the importance of quality, customer service, confidentiality, and security

Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Additional Information:

  • Testing is performed in Localsoft's secure testing lab in Málaga, Spain
  • This is an in-house position, remote work is not possible
