**Role Overview**
As a Sales Associate, you will be passionate about our products and brand, providing exceptional customer service and building a loyal customer base to drive commercial success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide customer service excellence at all times
- Build a loyal customer base
- Participate in regular training to continuously develop
- Follow all induction related processes
- Support in all merchandise related processes
- Be familiar with all company store and individual KPIs and targets
- Follow all provided action plans to improve productivity
- Support in all operations for loss prevention and stock management
- Build and maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors and local markets
- Deliver customer service excellence while building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers
- Establish a customer-centric mindset to ensure customer experience
- Responsible for CRM data gathering and quality management
- Support store management in transaction, complaint, and return handling
**Requirements:**
- Demonstrated experience of retail sales in a luxury brand environment
- Willing to adapt and take on new challenges
- Always presents a professional image
- Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
- Professionalism is maintained under all circumstances
- Fluent English C1 is required; another language is a plus
