About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer for MS Dynamics 365 to join our team at EPAM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and customizing MS Dynamics CRM products, with a focus on integrations with external systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Outlook queues and shared Inboxes for small teams
  • Design and implement core Inbox functionality, including workflow distribution of messages to the right Queue/Crew members based on defined attributes and service levels
  • Develop direct email to clients, including vacation coverage and back-up logic
  • Manage queues within Dynamics, including forms, views, and email templates
  • Integrate with Secure Message Center and MS Exchange, using web services or other methods
  • Develop Microsoft portal capabilities to deliver messages

Requirements

  • 6+ years of development and customization experience of MS Dynamics CRM products
  • Experience with MS Dynamics CRM integrations with external systems
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM out-of-the-box functionality
  • Experience with development of MS Dynamics CRM Plugins, Workflows, and Actions
  • Development experience with WCF and WebAPI
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript
  • Strong knowledge of SOLID principles
  • Good understanding of Design Patterns
  • Knowledge of unit testing concepts
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and/or Azure DevOps
  • Experience in Agile practices
  • Advanced level of spoken English
