Job Description:
As the Head of Business Unit Hematology, Plasma-Derived Therapies, and Hereditary Angioedema & Transplant at Takeda, you will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the business unit, ensuring successful execution of brand and key account plans. You will lead teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences, exceed customer expectations, and drive performance with innovative sales and digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership Responsibility: Develop direct reports, promote a cooperative work environment, and prioritize patient outcomes.
- Financial & Strategic Planning: Develop BU strategy in cooperation with cross-functional teams, implement policies to achieve revenue and profit targets, and establish financial plans.
- Sales Force Planning and Management: Build account management capabilities, drive key account management, and set Sales Force Effectiveness standards.
- Project Management & Cross-Functional Cooperation: Implement cross-functional plans, promote innovative commercial programs, and collaborate with Medical and Value & Access functions.
- CUSTOMER ACTIVITIES: Develop professional relationships with key customers, KOLs, and scientific societies, identify new opportunities to meet customer needs, and support initiatives
