We are seeking a highly skilled Smartsheet Solutions Developer to join our Professional Services - Global Project Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions using Smartsheet core and premium products to enhance our business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement user-friendly project and financial reporting using Smartsheet reports, dashboards, and data apps.
- Configure new Smartsheet objects, such as project management and client reports, to meet business needs.
- Re-engineer business processes to improve automation and efficiency using workflows and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with new Smartsheet features and advise on their application to our existing installation.
- Develop integrations with Smartsheet partners and APIs, such as Bridge, Jira, Salesforce, and Docusign, to enhance data flows across the business.
- Participate in our Smartsheet change board to evaluate the impact of changes and specify requirements for changes and additions to our Smartsheet installation.
- Support the Smartsheet Administration team with day-to-day Smartsheet support queries and provide oversight of Smartsheet system administration, access, and security.
- Develop a suite of regular reports and dashboards for management.
- Support the adoption and training of Smartsheet users across the business.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
- Experience developing Smartsheet solutions for a medium to large-sized business.
- Advanced Excel and strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Understanding of project management processes and tools, including planning, progress tracking, risk, and issue management frameworks.
- Analytical skills, able to work with project and financial information.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Fluent English skills (C1 at minimum if not a native speaker).
- Smartsheet Certified in Core and Premium Apps.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles gained by working in a structured project environment.
- Experience working at a highly technical level with Smartsheet core and premium products.
- Experience building integrations to enhance data flows across multiple technologies.
- Experience working in a virtual team-oriented, collaborative, multinational environment.
