Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Computer Sciences Department as an Administrative Support Specialist. The successful candidate will provide direct attention to Group Leaders and Activity Leaders, facilitating logistic issues and providing administrative support to researchers in the CS department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Group Leaders' schedules and agendas
- Provide administrative support on group activities
- Coordinate Group Leaders' travels and manage related logistics
- Support document drafting and preparation
- Organize group meetings and events
Requirements
- Administrative Studies or equivalent
- 1-3 years of administrative assistant experience
- Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Specific knowledge of development and management of research centers
