Role Overview

The Live Production Workflow Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the global production estate at DAZN. This position will be responsible for developing and governing live production workflows, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scope and evaluate requirements to develop and deploy effective production workflows aligned to business strategy
  • Govern live production workflows across multiple tools and services, providing a framework for DAZN production and editorial teams to drive customer engagement
  • Collaborate with production, operations, technical support teams, and third-party suppliers to ensure workflows are scoped, designed, documented, implemented, and continuously evaluated
  • Support the discovery and implementation of new production solutions, ensuring third-party services align and integrate with DAZN systems and workflows
  • Maintain regular channels of communication to ensure all workflows continue to effectively meet requirements

Requirements

Proven experience working within a live production environment with a thorough understanding of how live events are delivered

Ability to effectively train and onboard clients and staff members on new workflows and systems

Experience of translating production requirements into effective templates and workflows that are aligned to business strategy

Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills to manage requests, maintain close relationships with internal teams and clients, and lead large team meetings

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to travel and work within other DAZN locations as needed
