Teleperformance, a leading provider of contact center services, is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team in Barcelona. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global company and develop your skills in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and English, with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. They will be responsible for providing frontline service to customers, routing calls to the appropriate department, and ensuring that agreed KPIs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a friendly and efficient service in answering customer queries
  • Ensure agreed KPIs are met
  • Perform duties in a compliant manner in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our products

Requirements

  • Native level of French
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently
  • Minimum of 2 years customer services experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent customer focus and the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • IT literate - Previous Salesforce knowledge an advantage
  • Excellent time management & telephone etiquette
  • Highly professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, can work with minimal supervision

What We Offer

  • Full-time (9.00h - 18.00h) and part-time (13.30h to 18.00h) positions available, from Monday to Friday.
  • 1 week of initial training.
  • Full-time Salary 18,461.68€ gross/year.
