Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Centralized Monitoring and Analytics team. As Director of Clinical Data Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive data-driven decision making across the organization. Your focus will be on ensuring the highest quality of data, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Developing and executing strategic plans to advance clinical data management and analytics capabilities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven initiatives and improve overall performance
• Providing executive oversight to the Centralized Monitoring team and ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted solutions to optimize processes and reduce costs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, computer science, engineering)
• At least 12 years of experience in clinical research, with a strong background in data management and analytics
