Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Plan & Schedule Production Engineer to join Airbus Operations in Getafe, Madrid.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the Plan & Schedule Production process community to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Prepare and follow up regular process alignment meetings to drive progress and resolve issues.
  • Automate and update process performance indicators for all sites to facilitate data-driven decision making.
  • Support the process owner in documentation updates and training creations to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer.
  • Analytical tool decommissioning to optimize process efficiency.
  • Collect local requirements on analytics tool capabilities from Spanish sites and handover to central project lead.
  • Deploy new analytical tool capabilities in Spanish sites to enhance process capabilities.
