Job Title: German Speaking Junior Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google's platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video formats.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviors within German-speaking regions.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure KPIs are met and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Work with content creators to ensure that ad copy, landing pages, and creative materials align with campaign goals and target audience preferences.
  • Support account managers in communicating with clients, providing updates, and addressing any campaign-related queries.
  • Implement strategies for ongoing improvement of ad performance, including A/B testing, keyword adjustments, and bid management.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign performance, strategies, and insights to contribute to future planning and execution.
Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Experience: Prior experience with Google Ads or similar digital marketing platforms is a significant advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients, both remotely and on-site.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and managing tasks across different locations.
