About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team in Spain. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data processing systems, as well as ensuring the integrity and security of our data assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop data processing systems using Spark, Scala, Python, and Java
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into relational databases, particularly MySQL
  • Work with cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in data engineering

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience with Spark, Scala, Python, and Java
  • Experience with ETL processes and relational databases, particularly MySQL
  • Strong understanding of cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
