Job Overview

We are in search of a proficient and seasoned Ivalua Administrator to become a vital part of our organization. The ideal candidate will oversee the administration, configuration, and support of the Ivalua platform. This position demands a proactive individual equipped with robust technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a comprehensive understanding of procurement and supply chain operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management:
  • Administer and oversee the Ivalua platform to guarantee peak performance and accessibility.
  • Execute configuration modifications, updates, and enhancements to fulfill business requirements.
  • Monitor system functionality and resolve issues as they occur.
  • User Assistance:
  • Deliver technical support to end-users, addressing and resolving any inquiries or issues related to the Ivalua platform.
  • Facilitate training sessions and develop user documentation to improve user competence.
  • Integration and Development:
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate Ivalua with other systems and applications.
  • Design and implement workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
  • Data Governance:
  • Ensure data integrity and precision within the Ivalua system.
  • Conduct regular data audits and clean-up tasks.
  • Compliance and Security:
  • Uphold system security, user roles, and access controls in accordance with company policies.
  • Stay informed about the latest Ivalua features, best practices, and industry standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Ivalua Administrator or in a comparable role.
  • Strong comprehension of procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in Ivalua platform configuration and administration.
  • Experience with system integrations and data governance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT is advantageous for enhancing daily productivity.
