La Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche busca a un/a ingeniero/a para trabajar en el proyecto de investigación "CRETA: Control de Movilidad y Reducción de Emisiones de Tráfico" en colaboración con la empresa INDRA. El objetivo del proyecto es desarrollar un nodo software de edge computing para apoyar servicios V2X (Vehicle to Everything) sobre redes 5G para vehículos conectados y autónomos.

Responsabilidades
  • Diseñar, implementar, validar y poner en marcha un nodo SW de edge computing para servicios V2X sobre red 5G con arquitectura tipo clúster.
  • Diseñar, implementar, validar interfaces entre los nodos SW de edge computing y el nodo máster centralizado que permita una gestión de los servicios V2X y toma de decisiones distribuida o centralizada en base al servicio desplegado y a las condiciones de operación.
  • Desarrollar solución publish/suscribe basada en MQTT y módulo de analytics en el edge para el intercambio de información procesada entre vehículos autónomos conectados a través de la red 5G, el nodo edge, y el nodo máster centralizado.
  • Proporcionar apoyo a INDRA en las pruebas necesarias para la validación y análisis de rendimiento de los casos de uso que se implementen en el proyecto bajo diferentes configuraciones de la red 5G.
Requisitos
  • Titulación universitaria en telecomunicaciones o informática.
  • Conocimientos/experiencia en programación de algunos de los siguientes lenguajes o plataformas: C++, JavaScript, Python, MQTT, JSON, Siddhi, Azure Stream Analytics y/o tecnologías de bases de datos.
  • Entornos de ejecución y gestión de contenedores como Docker, y clústeres de Kubernetes.
  • Conocimientos de control de versiones en software: Git, Subversion...
  • Conocimientos de manejo y administración de sistemas Linux.
  • Conocimiento sobre tecnologías y redes de comunicaciones, incluidas redes V2X.
  • Buen nivel de inglés con un nivel alto de comprensión escrita.
  • Buena capacidad de resolución de problemas y de trabajo en equipo
  • Buena capacidad de aprendizaje de nuevas tecnologías, y de encontrar y contrastar información.
