Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch Marketing Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance. As a specialist advisor for Dutch companies, you will play a key role in improving their online advertising campaigns and identifying areas of growth.

About the Role

This is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team increasing the Client customer base across EMEA. You will be part of the largest team that creates unique customer experiences while actively affecting the Dutch online marketing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital advertising campaigns for Dutch companies
  • Identify areas of growth and provide recommendations to improve online marketing strategies
  • Work closely with the sales team to increase the Client customer base across EMEA
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create unique customer experiences

Requirements

  • Native level of Dutch
  • High level of French
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in advertising, PPC Campaigns
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in outbound sales (preferably B2B)
  • A team player with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

What We Offer

  • Full time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday)
  • Permanent Contract
  • Salary conditions: from 23.876€ up to 30.000€ gross/year
  • Sales bonus package: up to 3.400€ € gross/year
  • This is a Hybrid working model in Barcelona

  • 3 weeks of intense introduction training on Google Ads and specific sales training
