About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping our clients make informed business decisions by analyzing complex data sets and developing actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality data analysis and insights to support business strategy and decision-making
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics models and tools to drive business value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design data-driven solutions
  • Provide technical support and training to stakeholders on data analytics tools and methodologies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in advanced analytics and software development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikSense
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies
