Job Summary
Ethikos 3.0 is seeking a highly skilled International Supply Chain Planner to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our global distribution network.
Main Responsibilities:
- Consolidate distribution demand at an international level, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Manage inventory netting and DRP process, resolving exceptions in accordance with IBP rules.
- Develop and maintain distribution plans, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of stock transfer orders and ICDs.
- Collaborate with demand managers, logistics, and supply planning teams to drive improvement and optimize inventory levels.
- Balance service level and inventory targets, considering cost impacts on manufacturing and ensuring compliance with replenishment policies.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying opportunities for reduction and prevention of slow and obsolete stock.
Requirements:
- University education in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, economics, or supply chain management.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in supply planning, preferably in FMCG, paint/coating, or retail.
- Proficiency in SAP and BI, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
