Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to support our Purchasing & Logistics team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating and optimizing logistics processes, monitoring and implementing logistics procedures, and managing logistics for transportation of supplies and final products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Monitoring and reviewing logistics procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supporting the implementation of logistics technology to streamline processes.
  • Managing logistics for transportation of supplies and final products, including oversized cargo and heavy structures.
  • Providing logistics costs to the Commercial Department.
  • Conducting logistics analysis to reduce operational costs and identify process improvements.
  • Liaising with factories regarding deviations and customs procedures.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of logistics experience in the industrial or heavy industry sector.
  • Experience with international transport, oversized cargo, and customs procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree in International Business or Supply Chain Management.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (minimum B2 level).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented.
