Missions:
As a Senior Product Manager at Skello, you will be responsible for the evolution, optimization, and innovation of Skello's product. You will work closely with all the other teams (Tech, Sales, CSM, Marketing, Ops) to ensure that our product continues to meet customer needs.
You will conduct user research, gather feedback on the product, and transform your roadmap into a backlog of user stories. You will also plan developments in collaboration with the developers and designer in your team.
Manage the roadmap by capturing work from a wide range of contributions, understanding and prioritizing each insight so that you always work on the most impactful projects.
Prepare sprints, write User Stories, and manage the smooth running of sprints on a daily basis to maintain the cohesion of the technical team around the product.
Actively participate in Skello's product strategy and own your roadmap in line with KPIs and product objectives.
Measure the impact of new features and analyze their use, in order to constantly optimize the product.
Embody the product vision and ambition of our technical/product team.
Qualifications:
4+ years' experience in Product Management, with a focus on B2C or B2B product development.
