About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of industrial activities at our plant in line with the company's policies.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the achievement of productive, quality, and cost-effective goals assigned to the plant, in full compliance with safety, environmental, and product safety provisions, as well as ISO 9001 Quality System and all certifications.
- Guarantee the correct management of relevant processes in accordance with group policies and procedures.
- Supervise compliance with safety provisions and support the Country Operations Manager from a technical perspective in relationships with stakeholders.
- Deal with other departments to maximize productivity, efficiency, and service to clients.
- Support the Country Operations Manager in achieving defined budget goals.
- Guarantee the correct management and maintenance of plants.
- Optimize energy and water consumption and the exploitation of raw materials.
- Check the production plan and validate production reports.
- Collaborate with the Group Technical Department personnel in the process of permanent improvement in efficiency of productive processes, energy and water consumption, and exploitation of raw materials.
- Manage relationships with plant trade union representatives.
- Be responsible for the professional growth, valorization, and motivation of collaborators.
- Promote a safety-bound corporate culture.
- Promote the Corporate Principles and Values.
Requirements
- Higher technical studies in engineering, business management, or similar.
- Master's degree in Industrial Plant Management would be a plus.
- Analysis of KPIs, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in leading teams.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and Lean methodology.
- Advanced level of English (C1) for international team coordination.
- Residence in the area.
