About the Role


We are seeking a talented Instrumentation Specialist to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. The successful candidate will have a strong background in telecom, industrial, electric, and electronic engineering, with experience in SIL instrumentation requirements and control systems.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop control mechanisms to improve the reliability and efficiency of plant operations.
  • Monitor environmental regulations and implement safety measures.
  • Lead Control System Safety Interlocks implementation and maintenance.
  • Support instruments definition, installation, and maintenance.
  • Support the instrumentation and Control System Hardware implementation activities.
  • Ensure and review safety measures of all the activities performed by internal and external suppliers involved in an engineering project implementation.


Requirements



  • Telecom / Industrial / Electric / Electronic Engineering degree.
  • Knowledge in SIL instrumentation requirements.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
