About the Role
As the Head of Compliance Clinical Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our clinical processes. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and a strong ability to drive quality initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality strategy that aligns with our business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and to implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to Business Process Owners (BPOs) in the development of robust clinical processes and procedures.
- Lead audits and inspections, and ensure that all findings are addressed and implemented.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry partners to stay up-to-date on the latest regulatory requirements and best practices.
Requirements
- Master's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in regulated activities (GCP/PH), clinical development, and/or QA position in pharmaceutical drug development.
- Proven track record of driving quality initiatives and improving compliance in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement.
