The Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Accounting Manager Revenue to join our finance team based in Madrid, London or Oslo. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in establishing robust order-to-cash processes and managing our revenue accounting operations across multiple entities. This position requires an individual with strong leadership abilities, excellent coordination skills and proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Revenue recognition and compliance:
- Ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition in accordance with international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Review and analyze customer contracts to ensure proper revenue recognition treatment.
- Provide variance analysis on revenue and deferred revenue accounts.

- Accounts receivable:
- Ensure that invoices are generated and sent to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all billing is consistent with customer contracts and pricing agreements.
- Proactively manage the collection of overdue payments and develop strategies for recovering outstanding debts.

- Audit and compliance:
- Support external audits related to revenue recognition, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information provided.
- Ensure compliance with the group corporate governance controls and contribute to the continuous improvement of revenue recognition processes and policies
