We are seeking a highly skilled HR Technician to join our team at Adecco (Spain). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:- General management of employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Recruitment of a high volume of workers, utilizing your expertise in generalist selection and competency-based interviews.
- Control of hours, absence management, and needs analysis to optimize employee performance.
- Monitoring of contracts, renewals, and detecting areas of improvement in the service and procedures.
- Fluent English, with 100% client contact in English.
- University education, with a specialization in HR and people management.
- Experience in generalist selection, with a proven track record of managing high-volume selection processes.
- High customer orientation, good communication skills, and mobility is a plus.
- An onboarding plan to ensure your quick adaptation in the company.
