About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team at Homelike Internet GmbH. As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for managing our automated and campaign communications along the full customer journey.

Your primary focus will be on constructing and executing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its connection with Salesforce Sales Cloud. You will have a good balance between technical, strategic, and creative skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing automated and campaign communications
  • Constructing and executing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Driving improvements of Homelike's KPIs, e.g. conversion and retention rates

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in email marketing, focused on lead generation, nurturing and retention or as a management consultant
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (in particular, Journey Builder)
  • Full responsibility of Email Journey Design, implementation & testing
  • Good knowledge of AMPscript and SQL – HTML and CSS is a bonus
  • Good analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
  • Strong ability to collaborate with other teams to automate and optimize processes
  • Entrepreneurial 'can do' attitude
  • High affinity towards technology and IT
  • Fluent in English
