About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure sales targets are met
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our sales approach remains competitive and effective

Requirements

  • Extended relevant experience in sales management and business development
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and other languages as required
