The JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Technical Application Scientist II to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide technical assistance to customers, researchers, and internal stakeholders, utilizing your expertise in chemistry and technical knowledge to resolve complex inquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific chemical product lines and services, responding to customer inquiries via various channels.
- Accurately record customer interactions and pertinent information in our Customer Relationship Management system.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on new products, applications, and technologies.
- Recommend and implement process improvements, FAQs, and technical information to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and implement solutions.
- A Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of laboratory experience.
- Excellent communication and customer-centric skills.
- Proficient in Italian and English languages.
