Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee the execution of projects that involve multiple stakeholders.


The successful candidate will have experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. They will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Assess major opportunities for throughput improvement with PE Ops Strategy & Integration VP and regional manufacturing heads to optimize business planning process efficiency.
  • Supervise and monitor the progress of all projects within the manufacturing network.
  • Lead governance and framework of divisional and LT meetings/workshops.
  • Enable internal interconnection between PE Ops strategy team members and other internal members (Manufacturing, CX, etc.).
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Lead project kickoff meetings, define roles and responsibilities, and manage day-to-day operations of the project.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, provide updates on project progress, and manage any changes to project scope or objectives.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Oversee the project budget, track expenses, and ensure the project stays within financial limits. Secure and manage necessary resources, including internal team members and external vendors.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve problems as they arise to keep the project on track.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring team members are motivated and focused on project goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet required quality standards and are completed according to agreed-upon specifications.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership, documenting progress, risks, issues, and key decisions made.

What You Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Agile and proactive relationship management in a multi-matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication skills: simplifying complex information, making messages clear, providing options/proposals, ability to focus on purpose and outcome.
  • Good command of French and English, written and verbal.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
