About the Job:

As a Sr. Supply Chain Manager at Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U., you will play a critical role in driving our global supply chain operations forward. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse team that is instrumental in our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement supply chain and operating models for various businesses
  • Analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to advise on and manage operational challenges
  • Support the planning and organization of complex projects

A Day in the Life:

As a Sr. Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for navigating complex challenges and finding innovative solutions to drive Amazon's success. Your day will be filled with problem-solving, data analysis, and collaboration with various stakeholders.

About the Team:

Amazon's Transportation Service (ATS) team is a key component of our company's success. As a member of this team, you will be part of a dynamic group that is dedicated to making Amazon's transport run at maximum efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Relevant experience in analysing data and creating reports for leadership
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and basic SQL
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Relevant experience in managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a science, technology, engineering or mathematics-related subject or MBA
  • Relevant experience in a supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or transportation planning role
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
