Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in leading our agile teams and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead agile teams and facilitate daily stand-ups, iteration planning meetings, and retrospectives.
• Ensure the Scrum board is up-to-date and the Scrum tool is working effectively.
• Provide support to team members and stakeholders to unblock issues and improve processes.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and prioritize tasks, and ensure the team is working towards common goals.
• Monitor and analyze burndown charts and other portfolio planning tools to understand project progress.
• Identify and eliminate external blockers and internal roadblocks through process or workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
