Pricing Strategy for Refinish Products

At Axalta Coat. Sys. Germany, we are seeking a skilled Portfolio Pricing Manager to lead our pricing strategy for Refinish products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing pricing strategies that align with our product value proposition and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the pricing strategy for new and existing Refinish products, ensuring alignment with the product value proposition and market positioning.
  • Responsible for price setting of new and existing products comprising the broad portfolio of Refinish products including paint, non-paint and services.
  • Collection and monitoring of competitive information. Benchmarking against competition.
  • Participation in meetings relevant to the position.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across Finance, Sales, Product Management, Customer Segments to ensure smooth execution of pricing strategies and identify value capture opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
