Healthcare Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Operations Manager - EMEA to join our team. As a key member of our Patient Care organization, you will be responsible for leading a cross-country team in a matrix model, operating with a customer-centric approach.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in a contact center or healthcare industry, preferably with digital solutions and leadership experience. A bachelor's degree is required, and a postgraduate degree is a plus. Your proficiency in English (German or Spanish) is essential, and certifications like COPC Best Practices For Customer Experience Operations are desired.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of internal Advisors and Specialists, as well as oversee external partner teams, ensuring efficient and purposeful achievement of business objectives.
- Proactively deliver Patient Care services that align with evolving business needs, maintaining high-quality customer communication and compliance with SOPs.
- Develop and implement suitable tools for monitoring KPIs, driving continuous improvement of work processes, and overseeing multi-contact channel deployment.
- Broaden your knowledge of the entire value chain, working with customers and stakeholders while demonstrating genuine concern for patients' best interests.

Compensation PackageThe estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 depending on qualifications and location.
