We are seeking a highly skilled Project Researcher to join our team at the Innovation and Valorization Laboratory. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for designing and executing synthetic routes to develop novel compounds.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute synthetic routes to provide target molecules
- Optimize and scale-up chemical processes
- Purify, analyze, and characterize novel chemical compounds
- Document results and deliver presentations in group meetings
- Maintain laboratory equipment
- Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or equivalent
- Significant experience in multistep organic synthesis
- Knowledge of analytical techniques for characterization of chemical compounds (GC, HPLC, NMR, MS, IR, DSC, TGA, X-Ray, etc.)
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Strong commitment to scientific excellence
- Motivated, creative, and problem-solving individual capable of working independently as well as in a team
- Experience in spiro compounds synthesis and asymmetric catalysis
- Experience in crystallization of small molecules
- Good communication skills
- A full-time employment contract for the length of the project
- Remuneration according to individual's qualifications/experience
- Annual salary split in twelve monthly payments
- Incorporation: Immediate
