About the Job

We're looking for a skilled Implementation Project Manager to implement and support new entities, new markets, and major change projects for National and Multi-National customers for FCM. As part of this role, you will be following our standard Implementation process, supporting on calls, monitoring the time management of the implementation, and raising any potential risks that could affect the timelines to the account manager or project lead.

You will also be responsible for the technical build of the client's solution for your region and supporting countries in their build.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implement and support new entities, new markets, and major change projects for National and Multi-National customers for FCM.
  2. Follow our standard Implementation process, supporting on calls, monitoring the time management of the implementation, and raising any potential risks that could affect the timelines to the account manager or project lead.
  3. Be responsible for the technical build of the client's solution for your region and supporting countries in their build.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience at Flight Centre or 2 years' Implementation Manager or similar role for external candidates.
  • A comprehensive understanding of implementation processes.
  • Online Booking Tool knowledge.
  • Proven success in previous roles.
