About the role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to oversee and optimize our purchasing, invoicing, and logistics operations.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of English, both oral and written, advanced Excel skills, knowledge in the use of Netsuite, and experience working in international environments.
This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness across departments.
Responsibilities include:
Purchasing- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure timely availability of materials and products.
- Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure a reliable supply chain.
- Monitor inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.
- Oversee the invoicing process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely billing.
- Work closely with the finance team to reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
- Implement systems to track and resolve any discrepancies in billing or vendor payments.
- Plan and oversee daily logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Optimize transportation and distribution processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to streamline order fulfillment.
